# Exclusions from the group eu_seat (docs/roadmap.md § EU-Abgrenzung, 19.10.2026).
# The group counts a domain when Wikidata gives its website to an organisation in the EU and to
# none outside it. Left out here: domains whose website is in fact run by an organisation outside
# the EU, because the EU entity is a former company, a national edition or a regional office, or
# because no operator can be identified. A subsidiary with its own seat in the EU stays in the
# group, whoever owns it (trivago, Wolt, Supercell; UN bodies seated in Rome, Vienna, The Hague).
# Reviewed by hand: the top 400 of the group, and the 241 domains whose direct parent (P749)
# Wikidata places outside the EU. The rest of the group is not reviewed; Wikidata's errors there
# stay in the figure. The domains are still observed; only the monthly figure leaves them out.
# format: domain<TAB>reason
