AI yes / no
AI training on your posts? Your call.
Record in one minute whether AI may be trained on your social media accounts and your website. Dated, sealed, free.
A yes counts exactly like a no. No account needed, deleted with one click.
Why this list: so that every decision stands, dated and sealed, in one place where the AI industry finds it and takes it into account.

Pass it on
The more people take part, the clearer it becomes what people in Europe want. One tap is enough, the text is ready:
What happens next
- You confirm. The mail contains one link. Your entries count from the moment you open it, and the mail that follows holds a link to manage them: change your choice, delete one line, or delete everything.
- Your website, if you entered one. The page behind that link shows the lines that state your choice in your website's own files, for the robots.txt or for the head of your home page, and it keeps what your files already say. When the lines are online, a check confirms them and the entry is marked as verified, with the date.
- Your social media accounts, if you entered any. Where you chose no, the same page links to the platform's own way of objecting, if it offers one, with the date on which that way was checked at the platform. Where no way was found, it says so.
- The seal. At the end of each day, the entries confirmed that day go into the day's sealed record of both witnesses, as a fingerprint that names no one. Once both witnesses have sealed it, you receive a receipt with a key and a link where anyone holding the key can check the seal.
What an entry is, and what it is not
- An entry is your own dated statement. It records what you chose and when. It does not, on its own, oblige any AI company to do anything, and this page does not claim that it does.
- For websites, the machine-readable statement on the website itself is what AI crawlers read. The EU rules on text and data mining refer to a reservation made
in an appropriate manner, such as machine-readable means in the case of content made publicly available online
(Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790). That is why you receive the lines for your own files. - MachineWitness is software and an archive, not a law firm. It does not advise on individual cases and does not recommend either answer. Whether to say yes or no, and what follows from it, is for you to decide, with your own adviser if you wish.
- Your data. Stored are your e-mail address, your country and your entries, for this list only, in the European Union. Nothing is passed to AI companies or to advertisers. The public counter shows numbers only, never entries. Deleting your entries deletes your data; what remains in the sealed record is the fingerprint, which names no one. Details: privacy notice.
This list is kept by the same archive that records each day what public websites in the European Union tell machines (what we store). It is free and stays free.
